ours of course would never agree either- so SD17 wouldn't come.

But SD20, who has told her cousin she would NEVER again live with her mother, probably would..

She'd be so surprised that the appointment wasn't about everything Ma is doing wrong

I'm dying to tell the counsellor about her"compromise" comment (""Why do WE have to compromise all the time and Ma doesn't??)

but going to leave that one to OH.........!!!

this is what we are trying to find out.....does BM need to consent? She has custody of kids and all associated rights.....we have them EOW....does this matter ?  Or can we just take them?

was he married to the x? does she have a residency order from the court or do they just live with her full time?

he wasnt married to her, the skids live with her full time they dont I believe have a residency order..

oh right, does he have pr? If he does then he can consent to them going to counselling, if he doesnt them the bm will need to consent
